#18 My Actors

 When I decided on my topic and what I wanted my film to be about I had an idea of who I wanted in my film. Since my 2 main characters are going to be in a relationship I wanted to pick people who are dating in real life. After spending a few weeks thinking about who I was going to pick, I decided on my 2 friends Hayden Quinlan and Evan Vencevich. 

I knew from the start that I needed to find 2 people who are dating in real life and are comfortable in front of a camera and portraying a character well. When I came to Hayden and Evan with my idea and asked if they would be in my film they gladly said yes. I have been friends with Hayden and Evan since 7th grade. I can always count on them if I need something. Hayden and Evan have been together for 1 year and 6 months. Whenever you see Hayden you know that Evan is close by. I know that choosing these 2 as my characters will be the best decision for my film since they have the chemistry and are comfortable around each other which is what I'm looking for. 

Hayden is one the kindest and prettiest girls I know. She is always there for me if I need help on an assignment. When I started planning out my film I had an idea of what I wanted my female character to be like. I knew I wanted her to be comforting, kind, and loving to the male main character. Hayden is all of these things to Evan in real. I know that Hayden will bring her own unique personality and make this character come to life.

I have known Evan since 7th grade and he is nothing but kind to the people around him. Watching him and Hayden interact has made me realize that I made the right decision. I want my male main character to start off feeling alone before he meets the female main character. After meeting her he will realize that he is not alone in life. I know that Evan will be able to portray this mood shift in my film while adding his own touch to it just like Hayden will. 

Im very happy with my decision for actors. I know that Hayden and Evan will help me achieve the emotions and meaning that I am trying to convey in my film.
