#20 Creating a Production Company

 In this blog post, I will share the process of creating my production company. 

The first step in creating the company was a logo. To make the logo I found a template on Canva. I then edited the template to my liking. This included changing colors, fonts, and text sizes. I wanted to keep the logo simple since it will only be shown in the first few seconds of my film.

Using prior knowledge on advertisements, I noticed that all production companies have a recognizable logo that appears in their films. This helps the audience remember the name of the company so that after they finish watching the movie they can watch other movies from the same company. I wanted to use this in my own film. I decided to make the finished logo my Instagram profile picture. I decided to do this because it makes the account more recognizable. This will also associate my film with the company in the audiences minds.
