#23 Drafting a Storyboard Pt.1
As I wrapped up the research portion of my project, I started to plan out what some of my scenes would look like. This includes what will happen, camera shots/angles, and sounds I will use. I decided to draw out my scenes and write short descriptions of them.
My first scene will start out with one of my characters waking up for school in the morning. Im not completely sure about the camera shot I would use in this scene. I want everything to be moving slowly to show that my character feels exhausted. I will have the song "Come" by Adrianne Lenker playing in the background. When the music starts playing I want it to be quiet and then progressively get louder as the film goes on.
In my second scene, I will have that same character standing in the bathroom either brushing their teeth or hair. I would like to use an over-the-shoulder shot for this scene. When filming this scene, I need to make sure I am not seen through the mirror. I plan on having the music continue through this scene.
For my third scene, I will have both my characters walking around school separately. I want both characters to parallel each other since they have not met yet. My characters will have headphones on and the music will get louder to make it seem like they are listening to the music. I would also like to have muffled conversations in the background to emphasize on them being alone.
